Terms & Conditions
All bookings made with Bentley Hire Co. are subject to the following terms:

  • A professional chauffeur is included with each hire.

  • Hire period begins and ends at the agreed time. Additional hours may incur further charges.

  • A 50% deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment must be made prior to the day of service.

  • Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Bentley Hire Co. reserves the right to substitute vehicles in the rare event of mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Privacy Policy
We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and event date solely for the purpose of managing your booking. This information will never be sold or shared with third parties.

By submitting your details via our website or contact form, you consent to Bentley Hire Co. securely storing your information for the duration of our service relationship.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days of the booking date may receive a partial refund, less deposit or admin fee.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.

Please contact us as early as possible if your booking needs to change. We will always do our best to accommodate you.

Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Policy
All vehicles are professionally cleaned and detailed prior to each booking.

  • Soiling or damage, including spills, stains, or smoking, may result in an additional cleaning or repair fee.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the hire period by themselves or their party.

  • A fee may apply for any loss or damage to internal features such as glassware, headrests, or trim.

We ask all guests to treat the vehicles with care and respect to ensure every experience is of the highest standard.
